You know, I had the same thought about him possibly having a tunnel dug beforehand.

All day yesterday they were throwing the guys name out.. now they're saying there i no confirmation of who he is...

sheriff said that the fire was probably the result of the flash bangs and tear gas canisters... sheriff's rep says they didn't throw anything in the building that would start a fire....
hmmmmm guess we'll know "the official story" soon enough

I did a search and there are numerous news station reports on this, but the reports are very vague...

It is so strange how the MSM pick their stories.

I betcha this story becomes the new big story of the day next week or so.

But I think the big point they may want to make is that he was able to post his crime on a forum as it happening.

When the authorities learned who this person was/is from the Feds, they pulled back at the Feds request. At that point our suspect/rogue agent was already gone.

To save face with the public and victim's families, they had to put on 'the show'...

I can almost guarantee that LE will, in fact, produce a body from the smoking rubble and claim the suspect perished in the fire. And the fire will, of course, destroy any 'evidence' that might have been there. Everyone can go about their business again. All is well. Production complete...movie is over...budget requests will be reviewed.

Meanwhile, our suspect is 4 towns away having an omelet at Denny's.

Our local (big city) newspaper had an online story about a weightlifter who dropped a dumbbell on a bullet that ended up going through his shoulder on Wednesday night, but not one word about the Modesto stand-off. The kicker? The weightlifting story was also in Modesto!

Does the mainstream media think that we are ALL so stupid and uncaring??!!

BTW, when I originally put the name of the newspaper on this post, I got a red warning message here saying that I could be sued if I actually stated the name of the paper! What in the world is going on??!!

(Other than substituing the first few words of this post so as to remove the name of the paper, this post is almost entirely how I originally wrote it!)

I think they were, but that does not mean MSM won't stir the internet censorship pot with it. Just because it is untrue, doesn't mean the media won't swear to it.

Well they found a body...

MODESTO—

A body was found Friday inside the burned apartment where a man had barricaded himself after the deadly shooting of a uniformed Sheriff's deputy and a locksmith.

The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department confirmed this information Friday. It may take a few weeks for the body to be identified.

The standoff between law enforcement and the suspect lasted for 11 hours until the fourplex caught fire. Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson told FOX40 Thursday night that he believed the fire to have been caused by tear gas that was sent in to get the suspect out.
