Well he will have to blame someone else for their tech failure.......... but they have their next nuclear test to look forward to. That will make a nice big bang and keep him happy. Heh, I can just see the looks on the faces of all those - so serious generals, with their chests full of medals.  This will not end well. I wouldn't want to be the people that were in charge of the launch, they're probably facing some major DOOM right now.
