And don't bother with it's hard to kill someone crap...that I already know. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5141990 I mean if I shot a person in what I deemed self defense I am not sure I would be shedding too many tears over it. And I would probably be pretty indignant if it took place in a state with this particular law as I am a right to retreat state. Maybe I am a cold hearted mofo but I was wondering what you'll thought. what if someone have a bounty on your head?! are you going to be cool than as well?! just asking :)) I wouldn't be crying about it, I'd be pissed. Anonymous Coward User ID: 14097577 United States 04/14/2012 02:36 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ... Quoting: truthwillsetyoufreeagain Zimmerman was wearing a RED jacket that night. The witness walking his dog saw a man with a RED jacket on the ground and another man on top of him. I would imagine in the dark of night and the pouring rain, a grey hoodie could look white. Take a look at the photo of him in the above video with the grey hoodie. Could you explain to me why you believe that Zimmerman would hunt him down and kill him, knowing momentarily that the police would arrive. I've actually never heard of a premeditated murder where the killer calls the police minutes before cold-bloodedly and with forethought shooting a person. If you would stop being so emotional about it and use your brain to think about it, you would know I'm correct. Yep. Here's the witness who saw it. He said the guy on the bottom was wearing RED (Zimmerman) and screaming for help, while the other guy (Trayvon) was on top beating him . This is damaging to TM, regardless of how far away from where GZ was supposed to wait for police. The reason, because TM is on top of GZ, GZ is yelling for help, witness goes inside to call police, but too afraid to help, GZ fires ONCE in self defense. Done in my book. The only thing, is for it to play out in the courtroom, then the innocent verdict, then the riots. you give the msm and their fear mongering too much credit... there will be no riots, not over this... who fights who... its a lot easier to incite a riot against an establishment than man on man... black white or whatever... will that mean the black family across the street is gonna come kick my ass... they don't care any more than i do... peace peace I hope you are right. When I lived in LA, CA, my black next door neighbor was awesome. She lived next door with two girls. They would not riot. I am talking about the ignorant hate filled blacks, you know the ones that are like the ignorant hate filled whites. I am sure you have seen the video of the black pussy party, sorry I meant black panther party. The leader was outright calling for black people to start murdering white people, that they would have to start killing even white babies. Shalom/Peace to you as well. You seem to be more optimistic, I hope you are right. I will continue to be vigilante and ready. I suggest the same for my enlightened black and brown brothers. Eliyah |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 14368245 United States 04/14/2012 02:50 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I see a LOT of bias about how GZ was in the right cause he saw a suspicious black man in his neighborhood and that's why this went down how it did. Let me ask you all to be 100% honest with me if you feel that way. If you where out at night in your own neighborhood, and headed for home, and saw some strange Mexican man acting weird how would you react? Would you move on or try and loose him then double back and see what he was up to? Given the chance would you jump this guy hoping to disable him then call the cops and be a hero for stopping a bad guy? So many people say because TM was black and a teen in a hoodie he cam off as up to no good. How many of you would see a GZ in your area and think, "That Mexican is up to no good!"? Especially in a state known to harbor illegals? See how easy it is to let racial bias guide you to do something stupid? This whole situation could have so very easily turned out with a different dead person. The sad reality is it only happened because of racial profiling and bigoted stereotypes that just will not die in this day and age. I don't just weep for GZ and TM and their families. I weep for America as a whole. God we so badly need to grow up. |

God we so badly need to grow up. i dont believe for a second that this had anything to do with race... he was neighborhood watch, and was watching the neighborhood... i also dont think tm was doing anything wrong... he was spotted out in the open... i was a teen on the streets... if i was walking at night in the open, i was just walking, if i was hiding in the shadows, i was up to no good... it was a tragedy... one of those things... the fact is, if z wanted to shoot some black thug, his gun would have been drawn and no fight would have taken place... but there was a fight or struggle before any shot was fired... that says a lot right there... he only reason you even know about this case is because the msm wanted you to an it is whatever spin THEY decide on that will be remembered the masses... i believe that this race this is being set up as a precursor for something big that is about to happen which i will not dare to say on the internet. peace No I get you man. My point is that it could have played out the other way. The issue I have is why the FUCK does a guy that is supposed to just be neighborhood WATCH carry a loaded weapon? And more to the point why use it rather than leave the area and let the cops do their job? Don't prowl your own neighborhood at night when criminals might be around. Let the cops do the job they are there for and keep your ass at home. if all people carried loaded weapons, there would be less crime... and did you just say let the cops do their job??? that's a good one... btw... active neighborhood watch patrol their neighborhood, that what they are there for, that's what they do... zim had caught and detained people in the past... but never shot them... this time a dude with a thug mentality was street-fighting an armed man and lost... that's it... it could have played out different, but didn't... it happens. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 14368245 United States 04/14/2012 03:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I see a LOT of bias about how GZ was in the right cause he saw a suspicious black man in his neighborhood and that's why this went down how it did. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14368245 Let me ask you all to be 100% honest with me if you feel that way. What you are missing here is that there were burglaries in his gated community. I believe the last one was a woman who saw two black men inside her home. The one prior to that involved a black man. It was because of the burglaries in the are that he was dong the Neighborhood Watch. I really believe that if he saw a white guy in a hoodie in the pouring rain at night walking around, a guy he had never seen in his locked community before, he would have been just as suspicious. And how exactly does that mentality not apply to TM also? He lived in this area and would know the same damn thing. GZ would have been suspicious to TM just as much as the other way round. You people seem to think GZ was walking around in a uniform and had a badge or some shit. From anyone elses perspective GZ would have looked just as suspicious. No. Trayvon lived elsewhere. He was suspended from school and was staying with his father's girlfriend in that community. I see your point, but Trayvon saw Zimmerman on the phone and looking at him. Not many burglars stand there and call the police and have a conversation. Remember, Trayvon was a stranger in that area. TM was no more a stranger to GZ than GZ was a stranger to TM. You just said your self he was living in that community. What makes you a member of a community other than living in it? And don't try and split hairs over the difference between defining staying and living somewhere. You are either there or not. The guy next door to me could have been there 40 years or 40mins and I would know the difference meeting him in the dark and rain. |

So within three minutes after speaking with the cops, he hunted Trayvon down and shot him? Not likely. Even if he decided to see if he could spot him, that doesn't mean he willfully shot him. ______________ As long as I am an American citizen and American blood runs in these veins I shall hold myself at liberty to speak, to write, and to publish whatever I please on any subject.” - Elijah Parish Lovejoy(1802-1837) All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent...Thomas Jefferson The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government...Thomas Jefferson When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty...Thomas Jefferson Truth will ultimately prevail where there is pains to bring it to light...George Washington |

Lady Wolf User ID: 13547009 United States 04/14/2012 03:58 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Zimmerman was wearing a RED jacket that night. You left out one thing. The end of "stand your ground." And probably one of the main reasons this whole thing has been blown up by the media. The main reason of course being, this IS an election year;) Real truth is self evident... |
