Don`t know about that, appears pretty serious to me.
Being suspended from parliament is not an everyday occurence.

Why is the US government offering a bounty for a crime that occurred in India?

Beats me, because they think they are the police of the world.

I honestly don`t know why.

What I do know is, if one of our members of parliament even whispered about putting a bounty of the president, current or past, all hell would break loose.

most of the public, unfortunately, would only notice the bounty if that member of parliament were also a player in the NFL.

Offering a bounty on someone doesn't seem to be illegal in the US. At least nobody seemed to mind that the NBP's put a bounty on zimmerman.

Congress has constitutional authority to issue "letters of marque and reprisal" but the Executive isn't Congress, and the NBP definitely are not.

This is more than a tad different, putting a bounty on the head of state for the most powerful country in the world is a no non.

I'm sure he is just a poor misunderstood Muslim and will accuse the UK Labour of being racist, they in turn will give him a payout of 2 million quid
