Re: classical music thread.
Thanks, OP -- I listen to classical every day. It stimulates the intellect, creativity, higher consciousness. Here are a few of my favorites.

For how can the ignorant teach others? How can the licentious make others modest? And how can the impure make others pure? If anyone hates peace, how can he make others peaceable ? Or if anyone has soiled his hands with baseness, how can he cleanse the impurities of another? We read also that if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the ditch [Matt. 15:14]. But first correct yourselves, in order that, free from blame , you may be able to correct those who are subject to you. If you wish to be the friends of God, gladly do the things which you know will please Him. -- Urban II

Great stuff!

One more from me and it's beddy-bye, too... this one starts out calm and sweet but by the end it'll make you sweat!

That one has some age on it! Actually adds to the deliciously diabolical sound of RachII

Re: classical music thread.
This a good thread. I love classical and this thread should be pinned and bumped.

Im going to throw a modern classical in. Its the only one I will throw in, so no spoils. Its Biosphere N-Plants. Album based on Fukushima and a sad album but the artist captured the sound and is a reminder of the world we live in today. R.I.P people hf

Re: classical music thread.
Ok was curious if this was a pure " classical " thread meaning from the classical era . Or moreover different eras of orchastrated music were acceptable . As I see some Romantics like Tchaikovsky here already I guess it will be ok to put up impressionists or Contemporary .
