MANY other thoughts. Three days of darkness is the most important for everyone concerned with "doom".

why is 3 days of darkness so feared?
It's only darkness. Everyone should have ready candels and some food.
It's not a big deal.
I think it will be some memoable days with quality time together with my family.

Your candles will do you no good. Only those with God's Holy Spirit indwelling within them will BE the light during this time. This darkness will be SO dark that you will be able to feel it's heaviness and will not be able to see your hand in front of your face. Seek those with the Light, they will help guide you.

A candle is the bare minimum and you will find yourself praying to that candle for three straight days to give you more light and more warmth.

This is a darkness that you cant fully understand or comprehend.
