We use to trust in God for sun and rain in the proper amounts for our local farms. Now almost everyone (whether they want to or not) trust in governments, companies, and men who are not only fallible, but increasingly wicked. What will happen when those wicked people in control of the supply chain poison it or simply shut it off?

The article is in Spanish, but here is a nutshell translation for you.

This happened in El Salvador. 2 kids died and 11 were sick because of Tamales (made with a lot of corn maize generally). The article goes on to explain that they were not sure of the cause of the illness but it is thought that there was pesticide on the table where the tamales were prepared.
