You say low carbs. It could mean anything. Everybody has their own idea on what low carbs really means. It is totally useless anyway. I prefer hard numbers. I've been reading studies over low carbs, saturated fat, cholesterol, etc forever. Again, just saying "low carbs" means nothing.

If you want to "cure" diabetes type 2 assuming it's not too late, hit low carbs. However what is exactly low carbs diet? That is where everybody get confused. It could be anything.
