Don't give me that horse shit about HFCS being the cause either because I watch soccer players drink Gatorade all day and never gain a pound.

Gatorade is loaded with HFCS.


Simple. Get off of your ass and move. Eat carbs for energy so you have the energy to move.

bullshit. a lot of people have hidden food allergies, and the most common of those is wheat and corn. i quit eating wheat alone and lost 80 lbs within a year doing absolutely nothing else...no starving, i simply eliminated processed foods and wheat.

HFCS is incredibly bad for the liver. the liver cannot process any other materials until the hfcs is processed, and it slows the liver down big time. which is why it also slows metabolism.

do some fucking homework before you go spouting bullshit you know nothing about.

WRONG. that was three years ago. i'm a size 8 and still dropping. i had to lose 80 lbs because for years i didn't identify my allergy, and no matter how much i worked out, walked, rode bikes, ate well, so long as the wheat was still a part of my diet, i just kept gaining.

if you don't even know about food allergies, that just shows the extent of your ignorance. i've been studying this shit all my life.
