The Boers were Dutch and German farmers in South Africa. I am not quite sure what the history books say about their height. lOl

But the original Boers got defeated by the British and the mix evolved into Afrikanen. Every population has large and small people but we usually look at the average to determine which population is larger or smaller. This Korean Hong Man Choi is very large as well but on average the Koreans are rather small.
