Find this video...The one where the black scientist is comparing human dna to a chimps dna and then talks about aliens with 1% different dna

Yeah, title says it all. It was pinned the other day. It is 12 minutes long and the scientist is talking about how our dna is like 1% different than a chimps but our infants are more intelligent than chimps. Then he goes in to talk about what if there is a species whose dna is 1% above ours and if there infants are as smart as our smartest people.

Anyone have a link or even a title of the video?

I have no idea what to search since I dont even know the scientists name.
