In 2007 I had kundalini. Before it happened I couldn't feel my feet touch the ground.

To this day I'm still having problems with it.
I lucid dream all the time. Or I can see people that are far away from me.
They look like crystal people in my minds eye.

I can't cut it off and I really need help with it.

I started burning frankincense and myrrh in my house before it happen. I think thats what caused it.

Any help would be nice.
