It would appear that many aren't familiar with Hasidic traditions.

Hasidic men wear payot in some way shape or form. If not, they are not following Hasidism.

Whomever is in the video, whether MIB, salesmen or a couple of guys dressed to impress with no nefarious intent, we don't know.

But these men are NOT Hasidic jewish people. The Talmud is specific about not cutting/shaving the corners of their head.

These men appear to have little or no hair under the hat. If this video is real, if the accounts are accurate, said men appeared to be wearing a wig. Only female Hasidic practitioners wear wigs.
