God manifests from the infinite, and is the infinite

Just like you, I felt like I was guided somehow.

I didn't believe in God though

In fact, let's knock him down a notch

let's call him god

Call him a banana, I don't care banana2

No need for capitol letters, or typing in all caps, we don't TALK like THIS in REAL life.

>eternalfacepalm<

Writing like yours is born of something divine, you have a gift and you know it.

Like all great works of art, they are divinely inspired by a direct connection to this cosmic assclown, whether we like it or not.

god probably likes art, music, poetry, bird songs laughter,...everything good.

god also probably knows that all things crumble to dust and blow away too.

god manifests through each and every one of us, all around us, and we don't even realize it.

A fair bit of us at least

kinda silly, ain't it ?

I can see god everywhere ~ in my ashtray, in the eyes of a friend, in a cup of cold coffee, there's literally nowhere I can turn and escape from this character.

Even in my damn youtube playlists....Black Sabbath, Hand of Doom is playing right now.

Even in a song that appears so vile to most people, there he is again.

1dunno1 what else can I do ?

I can't get away from this mo'fo.

That is how I see god as well. I teach my daughters to see it that way as well. They go to church, but the religions are closed minded about the vastness of source. So, I try and balance it out with my kids and give them my views of what god is, while they learn other avenues of thought as well.

edit: and thank you for the compliments.

I bet your a great dad!

I used to go to church because it was the "right" thing to do. Then I found myself disgusted by how I felt around many of the people there, the hypocrites and judgemental type...I'm an empath so I felt and could their thoughts at times (yet, at the time I didnt even know what an empath was...I just knew it just didn't feel right).

I think we worship in the small ways...the staring in wonder at the amazing ability for a caterpillar to turn into a butterfly, tearing up at the sunset, appreciating the small things in life, with the heart of a child-always open to new possibilities...and most importantly, listening and letting our hearts guide us to the truth of who God (Source as I like to call it) really is, and how there is nothing in this universe or another, that God does not intimately live within...most humans just never open their minds up to let the Spirit and Source energy flow that innately lies within us all (the voice inside our head when we let our minds silence the ever increasing noise around us).
