Russia says Paris meeting will hurt chances of Syria peace talks
'Friends of Syria' meeting today in Paris.
"I can already confirm that 14 delegations are coming to Paris, including the German, American, Jordanian, Moroccan, Qatari and Saudi Arabian foreign ministers," said Bernard Valero, French Foreign Ministry spokesman, during a press briefing.
