I think you can actually hear the Notes being played through a Synth of some kind..the flange and compression etc.

That was probably Mt Tabor coming back to life. I still don't understand why ANYONE would build a housing development and water supply on a volcanic cone. I don't believe that ANY volcano is completely dead.

Okay, my 2 cents here.

First off, I live in Nor Cal, almost to the Oregon border.
Somewhere in this thread, I actually called bs on this a week ago, maybe more.

But....last night, about 3-4am I was standing outside having a smoke and I heard something odd. I cannot describe it except that it was like a low, constant hum. Now I am VERY aware of my surroundings typically so I know whats a normal sound for the area. I am on the coast, it wasn't rushing water, the ocean, the wind, a jet engine at the small airport nearby. There is no RR, shipping or other industrial complexes that could be to blame. And it just sounded weird, different. Not of this world and it gave me the creeps BAD.

Take it or leave it....thats my 2 cents.

I'm with you also. She really doesn't sound sincere either. There is also a high frequency component to this video that doesn't sound right.

If you have ever heard of John Hutchinson, he uses sound tech to clean polluted water. He was successful in the small parts of the Gulf, after the BP spill. His tech sounds like parts of this video and others.

There are a few possibilities. 1. It could be our government tunneling underground. 2. It could be ET's using sound technology to clean or reduce the radiation.
3.It could be coming from the earth itself although I doubt it because of the variety of sounds. 4. It could be ET craft above with mechanical problems.
