This is why Obama will never be kicked out for ineligibility.
I have said this a couple of times on this board but nobody seems to either read it or want to debate the facts.

George Washington and James Madison were the only two presidents who also signed the constitution.

Why weren't THEY thrown out of office?

Their parents weren't born here and neither were they.

Am I making excuses for O? Absolutely not. I HATE the man.

I'm just telling you.... I believe this has been the Supreme Court's decision all along (among others) re: hearing this case.

Do you now understand why O's team isn't worried about this?

In the court of law "Precedence" plays a huge role.

The only person I still say has a real possibility of beating Obama is Hillary.

And God knows what will happen for such a scenario to come into play.

Have a good night. I'm at a little bitty airport in order to connect to our town's free Wifi cuz I missed you guys so bad.

That is dumb. Of course the earliest of Presidents couldn't rely on this distinction. That is a dumb argument. Obama has commited fraud, deceived the public, and should be summarily dismissed for cause.

The definition of natural-born citizen is taken from an Exhaustive Legal Work that was required reading for all lawyers in all the universities of the colonies and in Great Britain, during the time period of when the Constitution was written, called The Law of Nations. In that work, it was commonly accepted internationally, in the day, that natural-born citizen referred to the progeny of two parents who were both citizens of that country at the time of birth.

Miggy, please go back and read the constitution. The people alive at the time of the signing of the constitution were exceptions because if no one who was not a natural born citizen could be president in the late 1700's when the nation was founded, no one other than a tiny baby would qualify.

The reason Obama will not be kicked out for ineligibility is that both our legislative and judicial branches too complicit and corrupt, and the voting public is too stupid and apathetic.

Re: This is why Obama will never be kicked out for ineligibility.
Thank you for your replies.

I HAVE read the Constitution but it's been awhile.

And I don't have a problem admitting I'm wrong when I am. So I'll drive home from this little bitty Wifi- airport and read it again now and come back tomorrow and post my thoughts.

However, right or wrong, this IS the "out" they will use- if it comes down to it.

We should have known all along- when many judges who actually DESPISE Obama would not take this case. They know how easily it could be for him to beat the system.

And should it come to this (again... why HASN'T it if it's so obviously illegal?) no judge will rule against him due to Washington and Jefferson,in my opinion.

It sickens me to say this but think about it:

Exactly WHAT did the former two do that the latter has not?

They sat up laws and immediately began breaking them.

You don't like hearing it- I don't like saying it.

I hate it even worse that I actually prefer Hillary to anyone else.

I won't be able to respond tonight but will check in tomorrow.

And for those who say things like "Poor Miggy", please don't patronize me.

I may have some ideas and attitudes that are different than others but I can guarantee you I'm far from an idiot in political/legal matters.

Good night.

First of all, Mig, I admire your ability to admit you made a mistake. And as to your statement quoted above, I can testify, as an old friend, to the readers here, you are right on. I've seen and admired some of the thorough work you've done in the past on varied and sundry issues in which taken a personal interest. Keep up the good fight, even though as you indicate, it may be a lost cause.

Re: This is why Obama will never be kicked out for ineligibility.
You are correct about one thing, res judicata (a matter judged) is important but DOES NOT APPLY HERE--don't you think that one of the few dozen lawyers would fave raised the issue, none have. Or, Obama (or whatever his name is) would have raised it as a defense, they never have.
If you will read (or re-read) the constitution you will read for yourself where it says that men born in foreign countries "prior to the signing" of the constitution are exempt (and the only ones who are exempt) from the natural born citizen rule.
Further, because of res judicata we should not allow whoever the guy is create case law by getting himself "reelected" not that he was elected in the first place. If you continue to read the constitution you will find it says we are a republic, NOT a democracy, so that it is not and never has been a case of "the people have spoken" we, the citizens, do not vote for the president/the reason that we have the electoral college, they vote for our choice, and those votes are ratified, so to speak, by the two senate and congress.

However, all this is academic since:
1. Obama (or whatever his name is) has had not trepidation about breaking the law state/federal whatever--he did so in the last election and he will do so again--this is the main reason he needs to be dealt with BEFORE November.
2. Obama (or whatever his name is) has no intention of allowing him to be kicked out of office and will manufacture a presidential order to cover his ass and get whatever it is he's after.
3. He was a foreign national before he ran and still is, it was illegal then ans is still illegal now.
4. The only real reason law enforcement officials from all over the country haven't already descended on the white house is for one reason only--the secret service--simply put with a director and attorney general appointed, illegally of course, by Obama (or whatever his name is) things would turn into a blood bath very quickly.

In summary there are several ways described in the constitution for the removal of a "president" who is physically unfit (there man has an 85 IQ and simply cannot understand what it is he needs to know to act like a president) or mentally unfit and as a poly-substance abuser he appears to have fried enough brain cells to be emotionally, and psychologically unfit for the job he now claims to hold. What this means is that if we wait until Nov. we'll be in exact same spot we are now except that Obama (or whatever his name is) will make things far far worse by dictating laws by by-passing two-thirds of our government, i.e., the folks who have the actual legal authority he is now claiming for himself that is the two houses and the supreme court.
