I cant fathom as to why Dr. Ron Paul isn't even listed in the drop-down filter as a Candidate, yet Huntsman is on there, and there are no videos of Dr. Paul anywhere on the Recent Candidates Ad section - or on the drop down candidates window. I honestly hope this was just a mistake, and not someone trying to black him out! I can assure you that I will not be purchasing any more of your papers, and will ask all the fellow americans I know to do the same.

Thanks for calling this to our attention. Ron Paul had not
had a lot of broadcast ads, so was not included in the Ad
Tracker. However, USA TODAY is planning to update the
feature. Ad Tracker is an aggregation of all the ad watches
that USA TODAY and FactCheck.org has done on these ads over
time. We are not removing ads from the interactive once a
candidate drops out. Thanks for taking the time to write to
us. We appreciate your feedback.

I got the same, canned reply:

It's clear they don't want Ron Paul supporters as customers. Fine by me.

And FactCheck.org? Give me a break. That's an arm of the Obama administration.

"In June, the Obama campaign released a digitally scanned image of his birth certificate to quell speculative charges that he might not be a natural-born citizen. But the image prompted more blog-based skepticism about the document’s authenticity. And recently, author Jerome Corsi, whose book attacks Obama, said in a TV interview that the birth certificate the campaign has is "fake."

We beg to differ. FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false. We have posted high-resolution photographs of the document as "supporting documents" to this article. Our conclusion: Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said."

[link to factcheck.org]

Even Obama's lawyers are now saying it's a forgery... a bad one... and so cannot be considered as evidence for keeping him off the NJ ballot.

Not to mention, even if it was a legitimate birth certificate, that would have NOTHING to do with him being a natural-born citizen, as that requires two parents who are both U.S. citizens from birth, and that's not the case for his father. So, FactCheck.org has all their facts wrong.

And that's who USA Today is trusting?

I stand by what I said in my email to them. It looks like more media bias.
"Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and those ripples build a current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance."
