I have sent copies of this to my 2 Federal Senators and 1 Federal Representative in the House. I have also sent this letter to my local paper for publication in the Letters to the Editor section.

If she were watching your back, I think she'd say that this goes beyond his authority for Executive Orders. But she didn't say that. She implied it was within his authority.
