Yep....it's the chems in the air. It coats the inside of your nose and sinuses. I use the Simply Saline, I'm afraid of the neti pot, too. ;-) I just spray it in several times, sniff it up a bit, and then blow it all out. Follow up with colloidal silver nose spray. If you feel something starting up in your chest, inhale the silver. Start Mucinex to thin the sinus drainage. Use heat on sinuses, too, and for the forehead sinuses, wear something like a knit cap. You can use rice in a sock and heat it in the microwave. The heat will help the silver kill off any bacterial thing starting up. If your ears are feeling like something is going on in there, put in a few drops of the colloidal silver and moosh on the outside of your ear to spread it out inside the ear canal, it will keep working even after it dries.

Of course, hot chicken soup and whatever else helps.
