1-in other countries people are learning at least 2 languages sometimes 3 in normal colleges and universities while studying their own field.
2-they are going to ERP,SAP,IT courses (serious courses which are expensive) after university to be qualified person
3-They are going to Knowledge Management and Reporting Specialist Courses.rhetoric and gesturing courses.
4-they dont have money but they spend their last money to gain 3-5 certificates and courses to find a god job.
5-and they can accept 1000$ below your wage(at good jobs)
So if u r a young American i advise u to stop partying,eating mcdonalds,playing ps3 all week and do sth for yourselves to make difference or else u will be non-qualified worker in your country....
