Been watching Marinetraffic.com this morning since Judethz posted the thread about it, and I noticed this ship: [ link to www.marinetraffic.com] MORVARID DAYEAR
Vessel's Details Ship Type: Landing craft Year Built: 2010 Length x Breadth: 50 m X 12 m Gross Tonnage: 496, DeadWeight: 1000 t Speed recorded (Max / Average): 9.7 / 9.1 knots Flag: Iran [IR] Call Sign: EPAP4 IMO: 9596765, MMSI: 422007600
Quoting: marinetraffic.comLooking at the map of the area and turning off everything other than "unspecified ships", and turning on it's track, you can see it seems to be heading for the UAE. Could be nothing, but it's interesting... Quoting: Lime Flavoured Redux You Dumb or something. Iran trades with all the countries on the opposite side of the Persian gulf. What so unusual about a ship heading across the gulf. It happens on a daily basis.
