I can only imagine the oppressive policemen going "WTF" Reporting to the higher ranks. "Sir we have a situation here, hundreds of people have gathered illegally." (You need a permit to gather more then a family/tourist group in public places in Russia :P ) Then the higher-ranked officer replies. "What are they doing?"

And I wish to see the expression on his face when the policeman answers. "They are ... dancing, sir."

That's how love starts and spreads IMHO. If everyone in Moscow and Russia just smiled and did something positive we wouldn't be up that deep in well, poo.
