An outsiders point of view...

A 17 year old kid is KILLED on his way home from the store by an ARMED man who was told NOT to follow his and his since LIED on the stand about not knowing his age, when he clearly stated on the police call tape the person he was following was a TEEN.

If this was my kid, I would be raising holy hell on the man that did it. He was not authorized to stalk the kid, but did it anyway, against the orders of the police.

Again, if I was the parent, I would be screaming at the top of my voice for the shooter to pay a penalty.

I feel sorry for the parents, they lost their young son who was just on the verge of becoming a man.

My heart goes out to them and I don't care if they are purple or green.

The boy is dead and the shooter is not.

He was never ordered to not follow, it was a suggestion and replied "ok" and stopped. The prosecutor investigator admitted while under oath on the stand that the prosecutor has NO EVIDENCE that proves Zimmerman continued to follow, during the hearing on 4/20.

I listened to the tape, the cops said we don't need you to follow him.

He went after the kid and KILLED and unarmed minor.

Personally I hope he spends a long time in prison for his actions.

If it was my kid, I would want justice, but that appears to be a thing of the past.

Two key factors. They have now said under oath - under oath by their lead investigator -- that they don't know who started the fight and they don't know if he was going back to the car or not.

Two essential elements to make a case and they now are under oath memorialized and locked in forevermore that they have no evidence to establish it. Amazing, that they were so unprepared.
