Without or without Trayvon Martin, the natives have been getting restless for awhile now. Look at the incidents of flash mobs occurring in cities throughout the US for over a year or more, even in places not thought of as too "hood" like Minneapolis.

Al Sharpton lives (his main residence) in NJ, not far from the NJ side of the Geo. Washington Bridge, in an expensive condo. In a WHITE neighborhood. Same with obama's buddy "Rev." Wright. He lives in an exclusive white area with multimillion dollar homes.

What makes you think that Zimmerman took the pictures? One of his neighbors took it. You can't prove a thing by lying.

Real simple...So Zimmerman isn't the sharpest tool in the shed or in line to win any medals for bravery. Maybe he's got a little power Napolean complex goin, but that's really pretty irrelevant...so he decides he's going to play nieghborhood watch mall cop. There is some crime happening in the community so he's gonna try and do something to help thwart it, not a bad thing to do at all, in fact more often than not it's a very good thing to do. So there is a documented history of him calling 911 over various things he sees which he is alarmed about. No one seems to know whether those calls came during the time he was being watcherman or whether they were before and it compelled him to become watcherman...if anyone does know about that aspect please post it because I've never seen it.

So you have a guy likely with noble intentions who's taken on a position that's more or less "Above his pay grade" mentally speaking IMO. None of that really matters a whole lot in the overall scenerio, but it does speak to the likelyhood that he was in over his head once the confrontation began.

So then along comes Trayvon. Trayvon is from Miami-Dade, not from the nieghborhood where this happened...Medley I do believe to be exact and I did happen to run across someone who has met the parent from there in my travels...it's a fairly tough area, but not Overtown or Liberty City either. So Trayvon went to a School in that area, the School is Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School. For some reason the MSM is not reporting that at large...most all articles I have seen only State things like, "Trayvon Martin high school student in a Dade county" In fact search "Trayvon was a student at" in quotes...that's pretty telling. This demonstrates to me that the MSM is in protect and shift mode and they've decided that Trayvon's School sounds a little too rough...that alone tells me the fix is in, but of course there is far more behind this. So Trayvon doesn't go to school in a war zone, but it's also not the land of lollipops either. He's very likely the typical kid who lives and goes to school in a "working class" nieghborhood, for lack of a better term and does the usual things you'd expect from a teenager and has the usual likes and dislikes etc etc. He's not an angel, but he isn't a demon either. Get's into a bit of trouble time to time, but nothing off the charts and most teenagers pull the same sort of teenage shit.

So Trayvon is walking home from the store so we are told and there's no reason to doubt that I can see. Zimmerman see's him and wouldn't recognize him because he doesn't live there. Zimmerman knows there has been some crime in the area and that crime is the typical shit pulled by younger theif types. B&E, that sort of shit, he's not on the hunt for a serial killer or other sort of psychopath, lower level crime is why he is on patrol in the first place. So he sees Trayvon and think's he's acting suspect, calls 911. He follows him at this time and it's pretty accepted Trayvon notices him following him. Zimmerman loses Trayvon at some point in this time as he's on the Phone with 911, the dispatcher asks for description, the usual, asks if Zimmerman is following the person he called about, he responds yes and the dispatcher says, we don't need you to do that, so apparently he breaks off at this time and starts walking back toward his vehicle. There is more we don't know than do about this whole timeline, so I am trying to stick with only what is most sure to be known.

At some point after "losing him" and the 911 call, Trayvon and Zimmerman reaquire each other. Altercation begins for reasons we do not know at this time and there are several 911 calls from other people that confirm that. Zimmerman is panicked and shoots Trayvon Martin fatally and the rest is history.

After digesting all the information that's been put forth, that's my best case scenerio as to what happened and some background mindset into the people involved.

What has happened after the shooting is where the real story begins. It should be obvious by now to anyone even the least bit aware that this tragic shooting is being exploited. It's been manipulated virtually from the very first "News" story that emerged. It began IMO as the typical leftist SOP when anything like this does happen, "Poor victim gunned down in cold blood by Mr X gun weilding uber vigilante type" But it's been latched onto by the big boys now since it got the initial traction.

The matter of the charges...they are a big overcharge IMO and they aren't going to fly. You can look up the standards for 2nd degree murder and they just are not there IMO. It was under pressure from the DOJ and the Obama admin that they were brought. There is almost no timing that cannot benifit the left and they have lit a fuse. During the summer as the election is raging...race tension benefits Obama...After November if he wins re-election?...use your imagination, but racial unrest can easily be used to advance his agenda...After the election if Obama loses?....well...THAT ride could get off the rails in about 4 seconds...and if you don't think the left will promote anything from violent protests to outright riots verging on a race war?...you will find out just how wrong you are about that.

I have told you all many times these are dangerous people...they have got a fuse burning on a potentially very volitile and dangerous situation that they are going to use and steer deploying the many weapons they have at thier disposal.

Be aware....this is far from over...in fact it's only the beginning.

Sharpton is an opportunist. What does him putting himself in the spot light of big cases have anything to do with the facts of such cases. Lets say it's a fact that any other kid got shot and killed, if Sharpton or even worse Jesses Jackson start butting in does that mean that the person who shot the kid should just be let go. Does that suddenly changes anything about the facts of what happened before Sharpton butted in.

You guys here complain so much about Cops. Hate them so much, yet are so pro this Zimmerman just butting in and demanding questions from a guy. And some how this Trayvon guy gets put down because he didn't care for this Zimmerman guy.

Serious question, what would you do if a cop started harassing you while you walking home from the store? You wouldn't take that too kindly right? Yet Zimmerman is such a hero.

Thanks, Snark, for the link. It does raise some questions about the Martin's attorneys. The "citizen journalists" did some heavy research it appears. I'll read their other updates also.

But I don't agree with the "citizen journalists" that the girl, if she was indeed on the phone with Martin, could not have been on the social networks while on the phone also.

People drive, shop, surf internet, and most everything else with a phone glued to their ears.

And the only important thing is was she on the phone with Martin in the minutes leading up to the shooting? The rest of the 3 hours & 45 minutes is immaterial.

They could be correct that she was not on phone with Martin leading up to the shooting but what they offer up as "proof" just isn't there in my mind.

It will be interesting to see if the state prosecutors use the phone call in their case.

Regardless of right or wrong, once there was a physical confrontation here, the outcome was certain.

Zimmerman had a gun on him, and in a fight at any point where your opponent can get your weapon, you will be shot.

It was kill, or be killed in this case.

Forget everything before and after and put yourself in that position with a gun, in a fight and you are losing.

What do YOU do?

Why don't we just have all the cops stop everything they do and just sit at a police station until someone calls for a report much like a fire department does!

I just read through the last three parts of this, and I must say this investigative jouralism is probably the best I've seen in a long time. We've all suspected much of what they prove, but they have essentially given GZ all necessary fuel to defend his case, and then some.

While I know it'll never happen because we've been so thoroughly overrun by criminals in the media and our judicial, I would like nothing better than to see the complicit people involved in this illegal travesty brought up on charges, and imprisoned - forever.

Skittles' family have been plotting how to capitalize on this from the get go. They even said the original tapes before ABC made them enhanced were "the icing on the cake"! What cake??? Why the hefty multi-million dollar lawsuit they were planning.

I heard with my own ears the mother saysing she thought it was an accident. Then the lawyers had a little chat with her and she totally retracted that.

They were showing Trayvon's baby pictures from the start and even claiming Zimmerman was a hundred pounds or more heavier.

Big plans they had and I think purely financial. I don't think they even have any racial principles as motivation. Nothing but money grubbing greed and trying to twist the facts to get it.

And you're not that bright. The point is that the large majority of people on GLP would love for cops to do what you just described, but not when it came to the cop wanna be Zimmerman, who if I'm corrected has tried to be a cop but somehow hasn't been able to.

Not in the context of a community where there are too many incidents of crime, as was the case where Zimmerman lived.

Jesse Jackson himself has said if he hears someone walking behind him out on a public sidewalk and turns around and notices it's a white person instead of a black, he becomes less nervous.

I can think of way more situations where it's not an asshole cop that I'm going to be worried about -- assuming the US doesn't become like Mexico -- but a gangsta who looks very similar to Trayvon Martin.

Additionally - GZ took a picture of his head because he knew it would be valuable evidence in his case. If I had to use deadly force you bet I would be taking as many photos of my personal injuries in anticipation of frivolous civil suits.
