I've always envisioned God appearing in a sickly dog. The world stepping over Him/Her and cursing the very presence of Him/Her due to their own arrogance and self righteousness.

The reason we find the world, our manufactured "culture", in it's present condition is due to a lack of compassion and creativity.

It did not have to be like this, indeed and it doesn't have to continue this way.

We had all the potential right in front of us all this time and we still do.

This seems so clearly obvious to me yet I have found myself in the presence of deaf ears when I dare mention this free will we are exercising it.

It is a burden, I feel it. It is very heavy.....

In my own experience, the weight is too heavy for the VAST majority of people willingly even contemplate let alone hold.

I have always felt no one gets out alone.

I don't know if that is true or even if I can allow myself to accept it if it were true, and that causes me a sense of hopelessness.

Not that we can't achieve something so much more, but that we simple won't.

I'm exhausted. This realm is too dense, in both senses of the term.

I know my problem lies in having constructed expectations to begin with. Acceptance is my lesson here, I suppose but how does one walk the thin line of acceptance without tipping over into apathy and would one know it if they saw it?
