I'm not sure why there are people who say they're the nobody and then say they've been hangin' out with Lucifer. Doesn't make sense why anyone would want to believe in, follow, or help someone like that.

The Powers that be are already a personification of the devil, being followers of the Light Bearer. They believe that God has created this landscape or reality and left it for anyone to control.
