Tepco plans to pump up groundwater and discharge it to the sea!
200 ~ 400 m3 of groundwater flows into the basement floors of reactor 1 ~ 4 on the daily basis.
Tepco still injects 600m3 of water to reactor 1 ~3 everyday, contaminated water increases by 800 ~ 1000 m3 everyday. Currently, 98,000 m3 of contaminated water is under reactor 1 ~ 4.

To reduce groundwater to flow into the basement floors by half, Tepco is going to make 14 wells (30cm diameter, 32m deep) at 80 ~ 200 m far from the plants on the mountain side....The pumped up water will be discharged to the sea directly, but they measured tritium from one of the three wells "

INTO THE SEA.... INTERNATIONAL OUTRAGE MUCH?????

Maybe, because the radiation levels that they are unable to measure..have China Syndromed and melted down through Japans aquafer, an underground bladder of water, a lake of water under the lands of Japan and thus has been carried althroughout the lands of Japan. Maybe, thats why they are measuring high levels of radiation many distances from Fukushima.

It's time to invade Japan and take over fixing Fukushima. What they are doing and not doing there is like an act of war against the entire planet, especially north america.

ive done far more for the people of Fukushima than you will ever do.

Ive done fund raisers is in Tokyo, taken food and supplies to Tohoku and numerous trips to Fukushima to volunteer in clean up operations.

Have you ever thought of the consequences your constant moaning, lying about the situation has done for the people who this disaster really affects?

all you give a shit about is winning a popularity contest on this web site.

All is well.

The utility known as TEPCO would check the contamination level of the groundwater before releasing it into the sea.

Why can't they filter the water first !? It seems they don't give a damn or are just working for the money.

Understand that there is nothing they can do - seriously, nothing.

It is not like anyone or any machine can get to the core - or what's left of the core. and dig it out and isolate it. Its not like they can even get cooling pipes close to the core (or what's left of it). Hell they can't even get a camera close enough to take images before the electronics are fried beyond repair due to radiation.

It's not like they can cap this sucker, the damage is already below ground level and sinking deeper. Besides which, its too close to the sea.

This is a total FUBAR situation. FUBAR = "Fucked up beyond all recognition/any repair/all reason"

It is unfixable - we don't have the technology to fix this.
