Have knowledge of it but can't recommend anything I haven't fired myself. Hear that the frame is stronger than even a glock frame, any truth to it? Those that don't like glock usually get along with the Browning Hi Power design. Sig is pretty decent as well, CZ is cheaper and still the best rated. |

I like my 220, prefer my 226. Have an XDm too (for my carry) does not even come close to the sigs. I have yet to try a 226, but I really would like to get a chance to. I hear it's great. |

Basically a GLOCK 17 and is just as safe as a 17. I laugh when people talk about GLOCKs not being safe. Your fucking finger is the safety!!! I have been living, breathing, training, with GLOCKs for almost 20 years. NEVER had an accident once. Anyone that has an accidental discharge with a GLOCK, would have had one with any other pistol. Keep your finger off of the trigger until you are ready to engage your target or threat, make sure of your background and surrounds, etc... |

My budget is $1500ish. Suggestions? Quoting: frippy There is none. With $1500 you can buy a Springfield Armory TRP in .45ACP, and the afterwards you will regret it because you could have bought a GLOCK 21SF and GLOCK 30SF, some extra mags and ammo to boot. I have owned GLOCKs for over 20 years and I am still amazed at the engineering and simplicity. I will be honest though, stick with the GEN3s. My opinion only. |

Thanks, I'm gonna check it out. Sigs Rust.. They started using MIM parts...I guess you never heard of the Sig Mosquito?? By one and you will either trade it in on something else or use it for a paper weight.. |
