What things Are of interest to you? Figure that out then commit to one of these to find an interactive group on line that also leads you to ones near you to associate and widen your circle of friends or acquaintances. Someone in this will have suggesions on how you might develop your resume. Get out of the little box you have confined yourself in, one step at a time.
Perhaps you are too comfortable living as you do???

I've started that with LinkedIn and hope to work with a couple of people in that direction. I liked what I did, took eight or so years hopping jobs within the company to find and I was happy every morning to go and do it. My problem was I allowed the job to become my life and when the industry and the company went down the tubes I lost my identity I suppose, add losing my mom and a few other people who really were my emotional support system, it's a long road back to self confidence. Losing my mom was the worst pain I've ever felt, only my kids mean more to me.
