start watching at the 2 minute mark in clip 5.
that is when i turned it on TV on a 64 inch hi def screen. when someone posted part 1 i watch 1 - 3 and he didn't seem that bad. that is when he was probably answering the rehearsed questions.


but get to after Fallon does the Twitter bit with him. and it seems unrehearsed and into uncharted territory. Obama continually looks down and not even at Fallon that much. And answers the questions stammering and stuttering over them and very bad.
