Is Marco Rubio ineligible to be Vice Prez?

Since Marco Rubio was born in Florida in 1971, four years prior to the filing of that petition, he was not born to two U.S. citizen parents as required by the legal definition of a natural-born citizen.

He's not, neither is Bobby Jindal.

Unfortunately, it won't matter though as 90% believe that there is no difference between "citizen" and "natural-born citizen".
I'm a Libertarian Constitutionalist.

I don't give a shit what you do with your own life, whether you make it a success or a failure, that is an outcome of the choices you make, but please take responsibility for yourself and don't make ME pay for YOUR choices and we're all good.

Repeal the 17th Amendment and the Apportionment Act of 1911!

Thread: First steps down the road to a return to the Constitutional Republic that we were intended to be.

Restore the Republic.

The legal definition says if he a citizen at birth, he is a natural born citizen. I love how morons think they know the "legal definition" by reading the sites of failed lawyers who have never won a single case on their claims. Fucking morons.

Alan Keys not eligible due to his blackness, didnt yall take away voting from black people recently? So it looks like its Rand Paul, or Sherrif Joe. They are both perfect candidates, theyve been chasing phantoms all their lives.
