I finally watched firefly after seeing people say how great it is for a long time.

I thought firefly sucked, and I'm a huge sci-fi and western fan. I can appreciate cheesyness of some of the older shows but firefly was just plain bad, I can't even think of a show that is worse.

People saying its awesome just makes me go

Firefly was the TV show.

Used to love that show when I was a kid.

It was aptly named.

I was lost halfway through the 2nd season. Didnt bother after that.

yeah it was good at first but then it was like they were trying waaaay too hard. i find it difficult to believe the average american had any clue wtf was going on, LOL!

If there is it wouldn't be legal, though I think syfy.com shows some of their shows for free.

Lost Girl looks good. TV sucks these days. If it's intelligent or original it gets cut off quickly.

i'm watching the latest eureka right now. the reason i ask about alternative sites is because this sockshare thing, someone sent out a link to a show on it, it was great, but then i couldn't figure out how to find more shows. i think the way it works is you upload your own? i dunno, i made an account and it doesn't seem to give me more access to anything above and beyond uploading vids for instant streaming.

i have netflix, love it, but am on ubuntu with no windows partition so i can't watch netflix streaming on my laptop.
