Re: The Secret Meeting That Changed Rap Music And Destroyed A Generation…
Music that don't glorify God is a corrupter of cultures. Rap music is just one of the latest tools used to undermine and destroy communities.
Young white males buy more of it than anyone, because it doesn't uplift the black man it keeps him in the alley.
White males wouldn't go near rap if it spoke of black males getting educations, and running corporations.

Satan was a minister of music so he's made deals (spiritually) with virtually every successful artist out there. If a half intelligent person observe most of the famous pop culture artists, it's not difficult to see their depavity. Lil' Wayne, Lady Gaga, Kanye West and many more, are the most Godless group of people there are. Rock music always had its Marilynn Mansons, Motor Heads, Iron Maidens, Princes of Darkness, etc. so they sold out a long time ago.
When groups like Bone, Thugs, and Hrmony are willing to place reverse Satanic Prayers on the back of their CD covers, it's not difficult to see the evil involved in entertainment, from Hollywood to Sports.
Jesus said that Satan is the God of this world, so Satan is willing to use a person's fame, and make that person rich and famous, so they can turn people away from Christ.

However Scripture asks, 'what good is it to gain the world, then lose your soul'. Obviously, many are willing risk it all for a vapor of a lifetime of worldy opulence.

The world could count my kids out of entertainment...

I'd rather unfamous janitors (a noble profession) that know Jesus...

"ALEC is comprised of nine task forces, each responsible for developing what it describes as “model legislation“—essentially, a wish list of laws addressing subjects they would like to see passed in states. Over the past several decades, private-prison operators like CCA and GEO Group have worked with ALEC to ensure the passage of some of the nation’s toughest laws that have lined their pockets and enriched their shareholders."

wow, real doom for once:

these guys are lobbyists!!! they get bills passed through legal bribery (lobbying)...what kind of bills you ask?
Any Law They Can Think Of To Get MORE + MORE Folks In trouble, arrested, detained, etc....good buy good ole days of just being fined for a parking ticket

Re: The Secret Meeting That Changed Rap Music And Destroyed A Generation…
..was the title to the email I just received from someone who can only be identified as John Smith or “industryconfessions”. In this lengthy email was a “confession” from a former “decision maker” within the music industry during the 1990′s. In this email they went on to tell a story about a certain meeting that happened back in 1991 that changed the way Rap music was marketed and why it was being marketed and who benefited from such practices. I’m not sure if this story has any truth to it or if it’s some hoax to get an !! like me to post it on his website but I have heard this theory before and not just with Rap music. So today I will entertain “Mr. John Smith” and share this story with my fellow Councilmen.

Hello,
After more than 20 years, I’ve finally decided to tell the world what I witnessed in 1991, which I believe was one of the biggest turning point in popular music, and ultimately American society. I have struggled for a long time weighing the pros and cons of making this story public as I was reluctant to implicate the individuals who were present that day. So I’ve simply decided to leave out names and all the details that may risk my personal well being and that of those who were, like me, dragged into something they weren’t ready for.

Between the late 80′s and early 90’s, I was what you may call a “decision maker” with one of the more est@blished company in the music industry. I came from Europe in the early 80’s and quickly est@blished myself in the business. The industry was different back then. Since technology and media weren’t accessible to people like they are today, the industry had more control over the public and had the means to influence them anyway it wanted. This may explain why in early 1991, I was invited to attend a closed door meeting with a small group of music business insiders to discuss rap music’s new direction. Little did I know that we would be asked to participate in one of the most unethical and destructive business practice I’ve ever seen.

The meeting was held at a private residence on the outskirts of Los Angeles. I remember about 25 to 30 people being there, most of them familiar faces. Speaking to those I knew, we joked about the theme of the meeting as many of us did not care for rap music and failed to see the purpose of being invited to a private gathering to discuss its future. Among the attendees was a small group of unfamiliar faces who stayed to themselves and made no attempt to socialize beyond their circle. Based on their behavior and formal appearances, they didn’t seem to be in our industry. Our casual chatter was interrupted when we were asked to sign a confidentiality agreement preventing us from publicly discussing the information presented during the meeting. Needless to say, this intrigued and in some cases disturbed many of us. The agreement was only a page long but very clear on the matter and consequences which stated that violating the terms would result in job termination. We asked several people what this meeting was about and the reason for such secrecy but couldn’t find anyone who had answers for us. A few people refused to sign and walked out. No one stopped them. I was tempted to follow but curiosity got the best of me. A man who was part of the “unfamiliar” group collected the agreements from us.

That story is 100%.

Remember one of the first rap hits by blondie, rapture.

Clean, no murder or killing someone, no shooting cops or gangsta bang a gong.

Suddenly shit rap came from nowhere and took over with smoke, blow, drugs, shoot people, cops and murder.

All things evil and demon doom like.

It became a following and has exploded into the music scene.

This brought people to a new realm of living la vida loca.

This was to make money and promote thug life which is the endi product of prison livin. Money both ways with lotsa killing and brutality.

Re: The Secret Meeting That Changed Rap Music And Destroyed A Generation…
C'mon people, THINK!!

Why would the architects of the privatized prison scheme so willingly offer up shares, stocks and profits to a large group of supposed music insiders? not to mention the threat of losing their job if they don't play along and sign the secret document. Yep. White Collar Criminals with bad intentions always want to share in the loot, huh? Especially with a load of folks that work around the most gossip fueled industry known in history. Especially when BILLIONS of dollars are involved. Ridiculous.

My favorite part is how the strange guys who collected the mysterious one page documents and kept to themselves also threatened those who "intervened" when things got "chaotic" with guns.

Oh yeah. That's how high crime works. Please. This is amateur hour at its worst.

Even IF this had a shred of truth, the ONLY people that would need to be controlled would be the artist, the producer and MAYBE the publicist. The rest of the marching orders would descend down from on high (from the same place any of those profits would of stayed). Record companies work no different than any other corporation. You have a boss, you take orders, you do what you are told. You don't have to sign a document to get fired for not doing your job.

Next you will be telling me that the same meeting took place right before the hair metal boom of the eighties. It seems someone might of been privatizing beauty salons, as well.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH:
Alan Isaacman
The People Vs Larry Flynt
"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, you've heard a lot here today and I won't try to go back over it all. But you have to go back in that room and make some decisions and there is one thing I want to make very clear to you before you do. I'm not trying to convince you that you should like what Larry Flynt does. I don't like what he does. But what I do like is... that I live in a country... where you and I can make that decision for ourselves. I like that I live in a country where I can pick up Hustler magazine... read it if I want... or throw it in the trash, if that's where I think it belongs. Or better yet I can express my opinion by not buying it. I like that right. I care about it. And you should care about it, too... because we live in a free country. We say that a lot, but sometimes we forget what that means, so listen again. We live in a free country. That is a powerful idea. That's a magnificent way to live. But there is a price for that freedom, which is that sometimes... we have to tolerate things that we don't necessarily like. So go back in that room... where you are free to think whatever you want to think... about Larry Flynt and Hustler magazine. But then ask yourselves if you want to make that decision for the rest of us... because the freedom that everyone in this room enjoys... is, in a very real way, in your hands. If we start throwing up walls against what some of us think is obscene... we may wake up one morning and realize... that walls have been thrown upin places we never expected... and we can't see anythingor... do anything. And that's not freedom. That is not freedom. So, be careful. Thank you."

This is easy to believe and doesn't even matter if it is true since the result is the same. Kids are influenced, generations are raised without fathers and fall into the same trap. Keeps black men in prison, and makes money for investors.

Private prisons for profit? Can we say conflict of interest--which has been eroded so far as to not mean anything anymore.

Well, the only solution is to hope people wake up-- can take a horse to water but can't make them drink. The information is out there, people just won't see it.
