The young female character "Rue" in "The Hunger Games" was white, not black, and in the movie she's suddenly black. I picked up on the familiar theme in the scene after Rue's death was broadcast to every district, and it was a black guy turning violent against the peace police after witnessing her death. In my opinion I believe this was some sort of trigger.
