All of the conversation is about to abort or not to abort which frustrates me to no end as that is all the young women think about that this is their right. How about replacing the coversation of abortion with planning and responsibility for ones sexuality. With all the focus on abortion some women hear this as their contraceptive of choice is being threatened. And when women make this choice they need to also hear of the medical repercussions ie scarring etc and the emotional repercussions - depression.

I'm totally against Abortion, mine you I kind of see the reasons for it when the child is probably going to live a horrible life due to a genetic defect, then I can agree to it somewhat but something deep down inside me tells me Abortion is just wrong.

A huge percentage of women who have abortions never used any form of birth control. As the women's center of my local University says, "Abortion is a birth control."

Abortion is murder of a preborn human being. Depression naturally comes from knowing that one killed her own child. There are only a few hundred studies to prove the depression link. (And breast cancer, future premature births, future miscarriage, sterility, increased mental illnesses, increased 'accidents' like throwing oneself down the stairs, increased suicidal tendencies, etc.)
