It's all a disguise for why there is so much activity there.

They need to give the public a reason as to why Russian troops, American troops, and other domestic and foreign military top brass as well as the intelligence community are sauntering around Colorado on a regular basis.

So, they announce a series of terrorism and war-related exercises to take place in Colorado.

But that's the cover story.

There's other stuff going on behind the scenes, last-minute preparations, troop movements, which is the real reason for the continued presence in Colorado (pole shift/solar doom/geological upheaval, take your pick).

Ask yourself this....do you really think the Government is concerned about terrorists attacking the Rocky Mountains?

Or are they there because it's part of ongoing disaster preparations because Colorado is high above sea-level.

DUH !!!!!

"General, we have intel that Al-Qaeda wants to attack Aspen, and they have plans to blow up a MINI-MALL in Boulder, what should we do?"

"Well, lieutenant, call the Russians, we better start doing some terrorism drills in Colorado."

People, please use common sense. It's not terrorism-related, the terror drills are a cover story for all the other stuff going on behind the scenes.
