SCOTUS to rule on establishing TSA checkpoints all around the US to determine citizenship

It was a tough day for U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, who argued on behalf of the government against Arizona's stringent anti-illegal immigration law at the Supreme Court on Wednesday. The justices seemed deeply skeptical of the government's contention that Arizona cannot require police officers to ask about immigration status during routine stops. But, even though the justices were hard on Verrilli, oral arguments are difficult to interpret and tough questioning doesn't necessarily give any clues as to how the justices will rule.


Supreme court issues are :

-stopping anyone for citizen test
-detainment time while citizen test

If they rule that it's alright... that means this will apply to EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY.

That sets up the precedent for... you got it, TSA ON THE ROADS EVERYWHERE... to ``make sure everyone is a citizen``... OF COURSE...

That means, no fourth amendment... no nothing. They will set up checkpoints everywhere and you will be ``under arrest`` until they check your citizenship.


So if SCOTUS rules FOR these issues... just you watch what they gonna do with it.
