Great post OP, keep it going ! Many people think Gods coming will be like a made for hollywood movie..not exactly so ! Yes, God can make things happen like that BUT He also works in mysterious ways that not everyone notices..as I've said before on this forum..take the budding of a flower, we don't see it growing and blossoming but it becomes a beautiful Rose one day, we don't notice every single growth it does because we are 'distracted'by many other things.

Do it, please. There are online courses with a teacher. It is not so difficult as you might think. I am doing it.

All translations distort the original meaning, willingly or not. When you learn Hebrew you open new and broader connections in your brain.

You will even have new insights into your own language. Hebrew is one of the mother tongues.

It's sad, I know I could get a lot more knowledge from the bible if I was able to read it in its original language, and if I was able to read the parts that were taken from it by the church.
BUT, I've learned things from many different places and I have information that leads me to believe time is running out, and I already do a lot of stuff and I really dont have the time...
Anyways, I also believe that true knowledge lies within each one of us!

Hebrew is a powerful tool. You will learn it faster than you think because it is very logical and coherent. The progress can be very quick if you are meant to learn it. It can support a whole system of meditation and healing. Sound and gesture. Language at a level you never knew can exist.

Interesting, I have my own beliefs on what the trumpet sounding mean but the bible normally has more than 1 explanation for any prophecy imo.

There were civilizations prior to the Israelites and the Hebrew language.....but it seems like modern language (at least English, which is one of the last ones) is a derivative of the Hebrew.

Yes, we are talking about our cycle of civilization here. By the way, Fabre d'Olivet, in his 1815 book "The Hebrew Tongue Restored", wrote that the language of the book of Moses is in fact the same as the pure Egyptian holy tongue. Moses meant "heir" in Egypt. Hence Tutmosis, the heir of Tut (Toth), Rameses, the heir of Ra, etc.
