The King James Bible is the perfectly preserved Word of God meticulously transcribed by scholars through the Holy Ghost, and virtually identical to the Dead Sea Scrolls.

Almighty God is perfectly capable of preserving His Word.

Brother, there's two problems here.

1) that poster is fully indoctrinated and probably hasn't had an original thought about their salvation in their entire life.

2) The Catholic version of the 10 commandments have been heavily sanitized and that commandment has been deleted from their list.

Check out their 10 commandments (I will place the Word in underline, the Catholic version in bold and commentary in italics):

The excerpt from this message is important. Why would Our Lord say these things to a Protestant prophet? Catholics aren't being corrected about the above three. Why? You can't run away or say you didn't know. Faith alone, OSAS, the one time "altar call" justifies you and the "prosperity gospel" are false.

Our current culture looks for God outside themselves. That's why most all peoples spiritual fire doesn't stay alive for much more then short periods of time. Once we find the kingdom within, we'll be able to manifest the Christ conscious mindset through the power of the Holy Spirit. This was promised by Jesus Himself.

The second coming is really about a rebirth of peoples hearts, to accept the kingdom within and start manifesting it. Then, mankind itself will bring in the Golden Age.

I'm a proud atheist. I feel like it's the one belief system that is considered socially unacceptable to brag about, so I usually don't talk about it so as not to offend my religious friends, who I have been told that it's important to be tolerant to, to the point of constantly having to listen to their opinions and judgments without answering back with my own. Well, they're my friends so I put up with it. But thanks for asking. It feels good to share what I really think.

By the way, I do appreciate your goodwill wish to "save me"... I assume you really think I'm in danger and you're just trying to lend a hand. But I have as equal claim as you on the nature of our reality and to me, that danger is only in your imagination. Please understand that and focus your efforts on either seeing if I have a point, or "saving" those that want to be "saved."

Well, you're right on that one. It is semantics, really. I had just learned to use "disbelief" over the years to save on words, really. Prior to my adopting that I usually would say things like, "This is a secular country where we have the right to practice our beliefs, or lack thereof"

Disbelief fits because it describes atheism, a disbelief in a deity. However, one could argue that would only apply to gnostic atheists because they are the ones that have an outright disbelief, where agnostic atheists don't disbelieve, they just don't have enough evidence to believe.

If you are still reading, I have a suggestion: Would you consider asking God to silence any counterfeits, reveal Himself to you, and help you to see any detail you might have missed when reaching conclusions?
