When I was growing up I thought many times, it's easier to destroy than to create. It's not as worthwhile, though.
All the same, we do spend a great deal of energy on destroying stuff; the arms industry still calls the shots if you'll pardon the pun. If this is something you care about, look who they sponsor, before you vote.
