What amazes me about this story is no main stream media outlet is covering this story! If the situation is as dire as the story implies eventually in the coming days this must be reported by the MSM.

Most likely will have to move these spent rods and that's at tough task.
They need to be water down and kept cool constantly or they will erupt .
Contamination could or would follow if they use bout to ocean water cooling to another land.

I said the damage of this will grow in time.

How long before the other plant about 6 or 7 miles away, is going to be in a situation where they can't work there or even stay there to keep an eye on that plants condition. I have visions of that plant being abandoned, because of high levels of radiation. Then because of not being able to monitor the situation it will become as bad as Fukushima. Then the snowball affect with the rest of their facilities, then on to other countries.

The unfortunate part is that the US-based ones have way more fuel rods too. Some are on fault lines and all are in close proximity to large US population centers.
