I made the same mistake years ago with a video of the beheading of nick berg. still haunts me. you can try to block things out, but once they are there..... your stuck. all you can do is to think of cheerful happy things until finally its not a constant image in your mind. I feel for you. Oh that would have been horrible. I am sorry the images still come up from time to time. I will try to override with happy cheery things.  Think happy thoughts.
