Good, got 2 go running twice today and went out to eat with my Mom. How bout u?

Ihad a good day, too. I had a doctor's appointment first of all. Afterwards my husband and I went to one of my favs to eat. Then we took our dog and drove up into the Smokies...it was nice.

Sounds like a nice day. Minus the Doc appointment

We had a great house salad, grilled salmon, and a baked potatoe...my favorite things.

He just bought a vet, and I was a little concerned going around those mountain curves with food in my stomach. I love to go into the mountains...way up. It is a spiritual experience for me...rejuvenates me.

Yeah we have nice mountains here 2 but the chemtrail planes spray them all the time. I feel so bad 4 the people who live up there.

Yeah, we have those too. We live pretty high, but after awhile you just ignore them. What freaks me out are the rumblings at night within the mountains...don't have those figured out yet.
