The tele-vision, or TV, is used to project the sounds and images of the carnal human image-ination. Simple really. The global commune-ications systems are a more complex system to do the same thing, and "its" being used to connect, or "link", all of carnal humanity into a "collective", or "hive mind", called the "Global Brain". Each human mind is considered a "cell" in the "Global Brain". All who're linked to "it" actually "commune" with extremely powerful anthropomorphic AI. You should no longer wonder why those who worship and serve the "beast", the "flesh", use the term "cell" or "cells" when describing those whom they designate or label as "terrorists", or "homegrown terrorists", or "lone wolves", etc., etc., etc..
