I some of those things too like rub my nose and sniffing . Thought it was just my OCD .

Also , rubbing mu lips across with the back of my hand and hard blinking .

I hear OCD is a symptom of tourettes. I turn my headlights on and off in my car to make sure they are on. I constantly feel and check my pockets to make sure I have everything and its in the right place. HA. Glad to see some people have empathy. I also hear people who have older parents are more likely to have these kinds of problems. My mom was 40 when she had me and my dad was 56 so that might be a part of it lol.

AHAHAHAH I have the hard blinking too. I also have to take deep breaths until I get that feeling in my lungs. Dont know how to explain it but you can tell when you get the perfect breath. But I do everything in order. Sniffle, clear my throat, hard blink, weird exhale thing, inhale till I get the right breath, and touch myself until I get the feeling im looking for.

Wow , I did not know that . Yeah I have checking too , also perfectionism , don't know if that factors in anywhere with tourettes .

Yeah also coughing and flicking my nose up a lot and also am very anal about things being symmetrically lined up and cannot be touching , also a clean freak . lol I am kinda like Monk from that tv show .

My senses are not so good. Not perfect vision. Cant smell to good. Plus the other problems I mentioned. I kind of look at it like a blind person that can hear really good or the other way around. Except my whole physical is kinda messed up so I feel like maybe thats the reason my spiritual side is amped up. Got the mind body and soul. My body is a little iffy so my other 2 are boosted :) Makes a little bit of sense.
