Out of body experience

Don't really worry about it/never even considered it.

Unless something happens to your physical body so it dies while youre gone your soul should come back. But I had what could have been an OBE once. I was napping and then I was floating in what looked like our kitchen. I tripped and then I felt like I was falling or being lunged down and I woke up. Scared the crap out of me (the falling part).
edit: though I have had the falling sensation happen to me while I was sleeping more than once but I dont remember any OBE before that besides the one I mentioned above if it was one. Feels like going downhill really fast on rollercoaster I think.

Moving to to the Out of Body Experience, Sleep paralysis was constantly happening to me it was terrIfying trying to get up and not able to move and then seeing shit as well. Well one of these days during a sleep paralysis episode I just decided to let it go, i just didnt try to force myself to get up I just remained calm in my mind and motionless body.... I had one when I was run down by a train while on my motorcycle. I was in a black tunnel moving very fast and at perfect peace and comfort. Next thing I knew, I was on the tracks only to get run over again by that damn train. Much pain followed.

My mother had one simply walking along a street once.

Suddenly above herself for a couple of seconds.

10 or 11 years ago I had an Asthma attack which resulted in my death,I saw me half on the carpet and half on the lino and wife on the phone,distraught,then nothing until I woke in the back of an Ambulance. Wife says I was half on the carpet and half on the lino when she found me and that she lost it while calling the Ambulance.
