Only Jewish people are allowed to escape the forced reincarnation cycle after death

I am of Russian-Jewish heritage on both sides of my family, and when I was young I lived with some Nepalese gypsy people who moved into my house. They spent allot of time with me and my siblings, one of them I learned allot of various things including astrology and a kind of tarot card process. He told me that I was ready to receive enlightenment in this lifetime and that this was the last time I would be inhabiting this world.
