OP, I also have had premonition dreams. Most of the time they are about me or someone I'm very close too. Two of them were about things to come and one has already come true.
The other one was about an aurora borealis that covered the entire sky. It was beautiful but at the same time people were trying to escape the city. Traffic was jammed up and when the AB started people started getting out of their cars and looking up at it. Large holographic symbols started floating down out of the sky and I got the most warm overwhelming feeling of love. I've never felt anything like that on earth. I looked towards the person I was with and said "This must be it" then I woke up. I was so mad that I woke up because I wanted to continue feeling that love. I don't have a time frame for it but It felt like it was going to be soon. This was about a year or so ago.

I understand the feeling that a premonition dream gives you. It takes on a feeling all on its own. Just different from a normal every day dream.
