2Ti 3:16 All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

All scripture is the whole bible, not just the old testament, and not just the new testament. It doesn't say some scripture, it says all a scripture. The whole bible is a law book, you don't take anything away from it, nor and anything to it.

ok ill play along with your saying here.
No the coat hanger does not abolish the coat. But it sure does present the coat better than the floor, and keeps peoples feet from trampling over it.

Matthew 22:36-40:
36) Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37) Jesus said unto him, thou shall love thy Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38) This is the first and great commandment.
39)And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
40) On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
God bless!
 Quoting: Krime 15335079

I wish to address this portion only for the reason that so few modern believers truly understand what is being said here.

Having the Word cut up into numbered sound bytes is a relatively new thing. Back then, there wasn't even punctuation, much less chapter breaks and numbered verses.

So, let's say back then I wanted to express John 3:16. I would state, "For YHWH so loved the world".

This begins @ Deut 6:4

"4 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.

6 “And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. (The "Mark of YHWH" as the mark of the Beast will be on one's hand or forehead) 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

ANY Hebrew older than about 5 or 6 would have instantly known what He was saying there.

Another example of the same thing that's got deep poetic beauty is when He is on the stake. He says, "Eli Eli lama sabachthani?" which is, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"

He was not having a crisis of faith. He was saying the opening line of Psalm 22. Think about that moment. His followers in great emotional pain suddenly hearing that line and suddenly having that entire Psalm flood their heads.

There's many, many, MANY other statements, moments and events that the depth and poetic beauty is all but lost on most of modern Christianity due to their anti-Semitism and the RCC hatred of anything Hebraic.

Oh, I like that! Sadly, I don't think you're referring to YHWH's holy direction and instruction, though.

Dear disaffected Democrats: Welcome to the Libertarian Party, we think you will find our social tolerance delightful. However in exchange for this, you're going to have to find a way to be ok with people keeping their guns and more of their money.

Dear disaffected Republicans: Welcome to the Libertarian Party, we think you will find our small government economic policies to your liking. However in exchange you will have to find a way to be ok with "the gays" getting married.

A Profession Of Faith From The Church Of Constantinople in the year 325 C.E.(A.D.) Under The Emperor Constantine

I renounce all customs, rites, legalisms. unleavened breads & sacrifices of lambs of the Hebrews, and all other feasts of the Hebrews, sacrifices, prayers, aspersions, purifications, sanctifications and propitiations and fasts, and new moons, and Sabbaths, and superstitions, and hymns and chants and observances and Synagogues, and the food and drink of the Hebrews; in one word, I renounce everything Jewish, every law, rite and custom and if afterwards I shall wish to deny and return to Jewish superstition, or shall be found eating with The jewish people, or feasting with them, or secretly conversing and condemning the Christian religion instead of openly confuting them and condemning their vain faith, then let the trembling of Gehazi cleave to me, as well as the legal punishments to which I acknowledge myself liable. And may I be anathema in the world to come, and may my soul be set down with Satan and the devils.

Re: Christians: We are not under the law of the Old Testament....................
Dear idiotic christians who have never actually read the Bible.

The "New Covenant" in Jeremiah is when "Everyone bears their own sin"

And may I also point out that it

#1 Happens at a time when everyone knows the Creator and there is no need of teachers

#2 Is between Israel and Judah (not gentile Christians who practice a religion that Jesus never did)

#3 And is the TORAH written upon your heart rather then pen and paper that scribes can tamper with.

You are not in a "New Testament" or "New Covenant" that is christian bullshit and dogma made up hundreds of years after Jesus.

I'm FAR from "knowledgeable". This is just the product of nearly 2 years of obsessive studying after starting with a totally blank slate free of all preconception, doctrine and dogma.

In His wisdom, He chose to allow me to be lost for nearly a decade so that I could be freed from the bondage I was born into.

That decade of not hearing Him was painful for me ... it's caused a thirst that is nearly unquenchable within me. Something for which I'm quite grateful.

her tactics, delivery, and things she chooses to say suggest a very disturbed person.
 Quoting: Salt

She's a LOT smarter than she lets on
. She'll intentionally state things she knows gets a negative reaction then plays it off under the guise that she's totally innocent and only trying to help.

It's really funny when you actually think about it.

Pretty tactful, too.
 Quoting: Sir Phydeau

Mods, Salt and "Sir" are former Catholics who attack the faith and others personally especially if they share the true teachings of the faith. This isn't a discussion forum if you can't object to their posts. Correct?

Sodomy is a mortal sin, it's been established, we know
since the Old Testament. There are tons of objections in Salt's thread. She dishes up more personal negative than she receives.

Hey, what happened to your forgive me "Sir?" What a con.

You are explaining to everyone who you really are today.

Catholicism is the true faith and your "disturbed" mix is false and this why you attack the faith and me personally.

When I and others (there was one gentleman, he explained your sect, it's phoniness in a sentence with his posts) point it out, you turn to insults, the vulgar or Bah, hah, poor sorry "Sir."

Attack Protestantism, please lay off Catholicism.

You're not going to that, you're Protestant now. "My people"....you were baptized Roman Catholic. You're not Jewish.

Start your own thread if you can't handle comments to say no way are we in the Old Covenant and Yahshua is my personal Lord and Savior.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14488282

M'Lady, are you actually trying to ask for mods to ban us for picking on you?

Why do you insist on grabbing on a single statement I make and then repeating it over and over and over on thread after thread?

Oh, that's rich, you imply I'm a whiner in the very same post that you're whining and calling out to mods. You repeatedly call me "vulgar" when I've not directed any profanity to you in a year or so. Grow up. Disagreeing is NOT "can't handle". It's called standing your ground.

I thought we made peace last night. Calm down.

Your belief of "once catholic always catholic" is utter poppycock.

It's not my fault they refuse to ex-communicate me.

Stop replying to my postings.
 Quoting: Sir Phydeau

I was requesting not to be banned because dear seminary student Salt ask the mods to ban me in her loving way.

You aren't believeable. You personally mock and attack me again using the weak chicken third person today. Because...

You can't defend your goofy belief, which denomination of Messianic Judaism are you professing now? "My people" sounds like you think you're Jewish. Name your denomination.

This is your history on the forum. You're "back" though,
seee...you need God's grace to change.

God judges everyone on what they have been given and their
sins. It's your personal opinion that you aren't going to answer to God for rejecting the faith.

Re: Christians: We are not under the law of the Old Testament....................
...

She's a LOT smarter than she lets on
. She'll intentionally state things she knows gets a negative reaction then plays it off under the guise that she's totally innocent and only trying to help.

It's really funny when you actually think about it.

Pretty tactful, too.

God judges everyone on what they have been given and their
sins. It's your personal opinion that you aren't going to answer to God for rejecting the faith.

again, its funny when people try and argue what they obviously know nothing about.

Stop being a hypocrite. Unless a statement about the RCC is in a form of worship, you claim it's "attacks" ... but read your own posts which are constantly outright "attacking".

You're a hypocrite and I do not see His light in you at all.

Please, stop replying to my postings until such time as an ignore function is installed in the forum.

While I may love you as my sister, it doesn't mean I have to like you.

I do not like you one bit. You annoy me to levels that are astronomical.

Your arrogant hypocrisy is plainly obvious to any and all.

Just stop replying to my postings.

I don't care about your opinions. I don't care that you're butt hurt. I don't care about your incessant whining, complaining and other crap.

STOP REPLYING TO ME.

Boy do I pity your husband and children (assuming he hasn't already left you long ago for your behavior).

No, she's accurate on that one, which is why she mentions it on EVERY thread we're both on. She's obsessed with dragging me to the abomination of desolation.

I've repeatedly told her that I find her need to force her beliefs upon me offensive, so, she makes it a point to add it into nearly EVERY post she makes to me. If her replies to me do not contain calls to the RCC, they contain shots at my faith, mockery of my beliefs or both. Total hypocrite.

Just scroll back a few pages and give it a look. Even when I'm trying to make peace, she has to add, "Come back to the one true church" and "Believe in the divinity of the Eucharist" and other things that I've repeatedly told her I abhor, will not return to and get offended when she does it.

It's WHY she does it. It's advanced trolling 101.

What can I say, trash the faith that gave you your Bible. You say you are so learned in Scripture and reject where it came from...

I said God would judge, He knows all.
